As an owner you paid deposits etc to cover this stuff if/when you sell all monies owed will be recovered before the sale can go forward, in the meantime i doubt they would dare come knocking at your door so just enjoy.

Still waiting for the ICAC... How come Uncle Four can get bagged but nobody dares to touch the MTR?  Are officers afraid their Octopus cards will be cancelled, forcing them to bring coins to pay for the bus? (which may be a blessing in disguise, as I've never heard of the bus company selling personal info)
