Looking for someone to share my flat at Tower 12

Hi,

I'm a professional working woman living in a 2 bedroom Unit E flat above 40th floor on Tower 12. I am looking for a flatmate to occupy a room/share the flat at HK$3,500/month. We would also share utilities including water, gas, electricity, Internet and cable.

The flat is fully furnished with a flat screen TV, 2 sofas, a dining set; basically it's nice and cozy but not freakishly clean (but clean). It has gorgeous views of the mountains from the bedroom windows and the balcony. You would also have access to utilities including the pool, gym, squash and tennis courts, a bowling alley, karaoke and function rooms, etc. Plus there are shuttle buses that go directlly to Central or TST. It is also very near the airport.

If you are looking for a place with all the necessities and comforts in place, this flat has them. It's furnished except for the spare bedroom, so if you're looking for something like this but won't be bringing along any more dining sets, that would be great.
