As nobody from the DOC seem bothered to ask the question and the MO certainly don't want to know, I thought it maybe useful to compile a residents wish list of things they would actually like to see here.
When it's complete Sir Jeff the Lionheart and the good guys can make it a reality for us. Don't be embarrassed, your thoughts can't be any more outrageous than what we get at the moment.
I'll start you off. A new chair lift for the indoor ski track and a bigger hole in the gym ceiling.

In every estate, the value of it goes up if the school network is good. For CC, this means strengthing the clubhouse and places for study instead of for play. Look at LaRossa which has a much more upscale feeling. My properties there have risen faster than CC. When I look at the study, there is something to be said about it. So strategy is about positioning and LaRossa positions not as an entertainment place or resort. To be farther away, CC needs to position itself higher on the foodchain.
The education system should not be filled with unqualified people who claim to be professors when they have not even earned a degree. This does happen. They might be entertaining but this does not do students a lot of good if a few farts do this for money and entertainment.

I would like to see more lifts waiting on the arbitrary 7th floor of T15, rather than the 2nd. Also, if more of them could be triggered to automatically go up to the 7th floor from the 2nd when you press the lift button, then come back down to the 2nd to pick you up, well that would be great as I do enjoy those pointless little waits....
I'd also like to see a few more estate agents in the bazaar. Surely we need more right. I mean, you have to walk at least 5 yards from one before you get to the next one.....
On a more serious note, I'd like to see the following:
1. Pool open in April, rather than May. 2. Clubhouse has a coffee shop / bar / restaurant. 3. Benches / Chairs around the kids parks so tired parents can take a break. 4. Removal of the indoor ski park and installation of a kids toy ball room, protected play area or someother feature. 5. Bigger, better gym in a separate room so the fragrance of sweat is controlled a bit more. 6. User-pays shuttle buses with no route to Phase 3.... oh hang on, didn't we try that! 7. Etc etc....

Isn't that what your home is for? And there is a brand new library within easy walking distance of CC.

I am still trying to figure out the logic behind this. Or maybe, like so much in HK, there is no logic - just someone not giving a sh*t....

More al fresco dinning in TC square (and, no, not a burger king) and the use of a little more imagination in public facilities in said square (the dog draggers have more facilities than Joe Public!)
A toilet at Starz.
Complete ban on groups of over 300 Mainlanders in mall.
Complete ban on walkers (esp those walking backwards wearing ipods..WTF!) on cycle track in front of CC. U know it's gonna end in tears.

Concierge with vocabulary extending past "sorry but NO"
Tazzers for dog crap patrols
More rules, more dogs & more free bus routes.
International to reduce their prices in line with those at Harrods.
Zorro to buy a round & Jeff the Brave elected to Legco.

i second your suggestions...atleast the serious ones!....and/or 1.pool open in march/April 2.coffee shop/restaurent/ice cream parlor in the bazaar 3.More seating for VERY tired moms not tooo much to ask i guess?? need to modify a bit ........ .....the restaurents located in the bazaar should compulsorily have menu cards/notice boards in English....

I am happy with my lot. It would be nice if a few more people got with the spirit of the place and took home a homless pooch... I think there are about 5,500 flats so there must be a few homes without dogs that need a little furry friend.
I wold also like to see more BBQ pits as well as the beach volly ball site used as a doggy poo garden.
Also can we have the cantten in the club house licenced as a Club... cant be that hard for someone on the DOC to make it happen...
O yes, when it does I will buy a round as per Muttley suggestion.

reopen of the canteen is on the way, I have discussed with MO and clubhouse management, it will have several steps, first to provide coffee and cake, if the response is good, then will have self-served system like microwavable food we can get from OK and 7-11, clubhouse will run the food counter and all revenue will go back to our estate fund, price will be reasonable cos it is not profit-generating propose but serve owners instead. thx.

Yet again someone has decided what's best for us. Do we have a say or are we going to get a low rent version 7/11 and the smell of fishballs wafting around the place? I want a cafe as much as the next man but for God's sake can't we do something a little better? It will just be an annex of 7/11 and the school canteen Franchise it out to someone with a little more imagination. It should be an asset to CC not an eyesore. Stick to hounding the MTR Jeff, you clearly aren't a HK Gordon Ramsay
